What happens after getting your mobility chair?

After our staff have delivered your mobility chair and fully installed it, our customer relationship does not end there.

We realise that, once in use, your mobility chair may need adapting or that you may have various questions about how to get the most out of your chair. This is why we continue to support the user after the delivery of their chair and offer an exceptional after care service.

Although each customer is offered our comprehensive assessment, prior to purchase, there can be a variety of reasons as to why you may require our help after delivery. Each and every one of our mobility chairs comes with a two-year warranty, which will reassure you throughout your purchase.

However, we believe that is not enough, which is why we offer a free, six-monthly safety assessment throughout the life of your chair. As a result of this, our customers can rest assured that any questions, queries or doubts which may arise after purchase, can all easily be dealt with by one of our professionals

If the six-monthly assessment does not suit you or your lifestyle, then you can feel free to call our helpline at any point after purchase, on 0800 046 7448. You will be put through to one of our friendly team members who will be able to assist you and resolve any questions you may have, no matter how big or small. All of our team members at Your Mobility are experts in specialist seating and know the ins and outs of each of our chairs.

Although we offer free training prior to, and even upon delivery of our chairs, we also offer free staff training at any point. This allows carers/nursing staff and even family members to be fully educated on how our chairs work and how to make the most out of them. This is on offer throughout the life of the chair and as many times as required.

We also like to keep our customers updated on any training advice we come across. We inform all our customers and keep them abreast with any industry news or discoveries, so that they can really benefit from everything our chairs offer.
